This Cooking Party is led by Rose McAvoy, Nourishment Coach and creator of Half Her Size and HalfHerSize.com. Rose is a recipe developer and food writer devoted to helping real women feel great & redefine what diet looks and tastes like!
Rose’s work can be found on-line and in the Everett Herald. She has made multiple appearances as a cook on Seattle’s New Day Northwest and KCTS Cooks television shows.

3 weeks of cozy comfort food!
Week 1: We will build the pantry, talk about and taste a variety of grains, beans and other staples, and introduce our favorite must know techniques for the home cook.
Week 2: We take our prepped ingredients and turn them into quick and easy but soul satisfying week night comfort food meals.
Week 3: Building on weeks 1 & 2, we’ll add a few more ingredients to make really hearty meals that can be eaten through out the week.
